Coaches Expectations
Players
will have Respect
Respect for themselves
Respect for their team mates
Respect for their Coaches
Respect for the other team
Respect for the Referees
Respect for their Parents and Teachers
Respect for the Game
The
Coach expects all players to call BEFORE
they will miss a practice or game.
Attendance will be recorded.
A call, email or text message must be placed BEFORE
the practice or game. Continuing,
school related activity conflicts will be a problem.
The coach reserves the right to decide if the nature of the
excuse constitutes an unexcused or excused absence and the
consequences.
The Coach expects
the players to know and accept that smoking, drinking or swearing
are unacceptable at anytime.
The
Coach expects all players to be willing to play all positions, and
follow any assignments given.
The
Coach expects all players to talk to or call the Coach promptly if
there are any questions, complaints or problems about anything
relating to the Player or Team.
The
Coach expects each player to be a worthy representative of her
teammates and coaches, abiding by school and community expectations
of behavior and reflecting the team’s values of commitment to
excellence and hard work at ALL times.
